Gave us a loaner car with a damaged tire then tried to blame it on us. Even one of the mechanics said he reported the damage after it was used previously but it was never fixed. We regrettably purchased 2 blame it on us. Even one of the mechanics said he reported the damage after it was used previously but it was never fixed. We regrettably purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer and have never been impressed with the customer service. Going somewhere else next time but never to Mainline BMW again. More

Service people are nice and professional. But my car had only 20,000 miles on it and major problems. Dropping the car off for service is a lengthy process where the shop takes videos of your car as it drive only 20,000 miles on it and major problems. The service advisor sucks. He sends me a text about the update on my car while I was in t by e waiting room. They forgot to add windshield washer fluid and never address problems regarding the tire press update on my car while I was in t by e waiting room.
