The Service advisor Alexia that I was assigned to (on BOTH emergency visits) was unprofessional and needs training on how to deal with all customers . Took him an enormous amount of time for a service that should not have. Very slow in performing his job. Technician was waiting for service advisor for quite some time to get approval before he could perform the service . Employees like Alaxia gives the Dealership a negative reputation. More

My car was picked up on Mon and just delivered to me a few hrs ago. The work order was for a state inspection, check leak in tire and refinish two wheels. I received a call later in the afternoon from Ern few hrs ago. The work order was for a state inspection, check leak in tire and refinish two wheels. I received a call later in the afternoon from Ernesto who proceeded to tell me the wheels would not be refinished at no cost contrary to what he told me last year when they refinished the wrong wheels. He proceeded to argue with me after I told him I wasn’t having this conversation since he agreed to refinish the wheels and requested his manager call me. I did receive a call from Zach who started the conversation by insulting me and telling me I was confused about what the tire and wheel package I paid $1,000’s of dollars covers and I told him no your wrong and I’m not confused. Long story short he agreed to refinish the wheels and refinished the wrong ones after I told him twice which to refinish. Ernesto then calls me Tues afternoon to recommend service… why such a delay when there was a reminder in the dash? Then he tells me the car would be ready Wed and it wasn’t and I had to call back to be told it wasn’t ready because the wheels weren’t done and Ernesto didn’t call me back! I then called again Thurs to be told it still wasn’t ready. So, I finally 5 days later had the car delivered and asked them to rotate the wheels so the two front would be refinished. The only competent people here are Greg in service who I spoke to and Joseph who picked up and delivered my car. I have choices on where and whom to do business and it will NEVER be at Main Line again. More
Clean, open and well maintained dealership with easy access to vehicles so customer can get a hands on with the vehicle and explore the features and feel for it. I have been to this dealership twice for service and repair and each time left much to be desired. Communication is horrible as to the status of your car and when you call, you don’t get a call back in repair and each time left much to be desired. Communication is horrible as to the status of your car and when you call, you don’t get a call back in a timely manner. Once I did speak to someone, I couldn’t even get the true information about the state of my car. Had my car for two days and not once did I get any update without me calling several times. When I finally picked up my car, all of the items that were supposed to be done were not. Will not come here again for any kind of service. Will go back to Devon Hill BMW where I’ve never had a problem. Came here because it was closer and others recommended. No more for me. More
