I bought a low-mileage certified pre-owned BMW from this dealer, as well as a Continental Warranty extended warranty. They failed the car for the safety inspection, claiming a tire tread measured too low, a strut was leaking and needed to be replaced, the brake pads and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced, as did the front windshield wipers. They stated the above repairs were "necessary" to pass inspection and quoted a price of over $5,000. I took the car to an indie repair shop and the car passed inspection without a single repair or part replacement. I was advised that the brake pads and rotors would probably need to be replaced at next year's inspection, and that the strut leak was very minor and the strut most likely has a lot of life left in it. The "low tread" tire was not mentioned so I asked about it. I was told it is not low enough to fail inspection and still has miles left. The wipers weren't mentioned either. My experience was so bad that I won't ever go to them or any BMW dealer again, nor will I buy another BMW vehicle. And I won't buy a Continental Warranty extended warranty again - it has proved to be a complete waste of money. Spare yourself from dealing with this unscrupulous rip-off joint. More
The service department at this dealership seems disorganized and chaotic and the Service Advisor Alexey was not responsive. Dropped car off and was told 4 hours of labor, asked if I wanted to wait at the dealership for work to be done or take a loaner vehicle. Took the loaner which was filthy and had been smoked in. At the end of the day hadn't heard anything, SA did not respond to texts. Next day still nothing from Alexey so called service department and no one knew what was going on with the car, so I took the loaner back to dealer to pick the car up. Service department said the parts weren't actually ordered until the car was dropped off and it would be a few more days so I declined the service and took the car home. Waste of time. If this is the way things are run on the front end I'm gonna pass on getting any work done here. More

I received several text messages prior to talk with my service advisor today regarding a maintenance plan. So I went for INSPECTION INSPECTION made an appointment for 7:30 was there 7:15. Have message with a tread tracker report from BMW doesn’t say anything about tires being bald. So then they switch it up saying I need an alignment again also on the BMW tread tracker alignment NO. Showed it to the guy hmmm 🤔 🤔 🤔 let me check with the tech. So then he comes back n says in a 1000 miles or so you may need an alignment. Then after those attempts failed they come up with the cowling or whatever it’s called is filled with debris ok whatever I look at it later gotta go. Was there for 3 1/2 hours never got my car washed, yea I said I have a docs appointment but for 3 1/2 hours if they didn’t waste time on the unimportant things the car could have washed. Then after I paid I was told to pick up the key outside so I went outside n they’re all stupefied out there no idea what’s going on. I didn’t want to leave a rating they r below poor!!! More
