Drop my call off for a simple mechanical issue and gave my Warrenty Company info to the service representative. Should have been a 2 to 3 day job. Representative Didn’t call my warranty company for eight d my Warrenty Company info to the service representative. Should have been a 2 to 3 day job. Representative Didn’t call my warranty company for eight days. When I asked to speak to his head service manager he told me he was out of town which was a lie. Then had me wait another four days and still didn’t have my car repaired. In all between his ridiculously poor service and lying he had my car for two weeks. When I picked up my car the service rep that gave me so much grief was sitting 3 feet away from the cashier where I was paying and never acknowledge me or gave an apology. Probably will not be using BMW of the Main Line for service anymore or recommending them to anyone. 😏 More
