I was out of town for the TG day weekend and noticed a loud noise coming from the drivers side rear wheel. It was raining so I did not want to look to see what the issue was. I was ecstatic and appreciative this dealership fit me in without an appointment and discovered the issue. It was a hanger or something that somehow got caught on the body of the car that was making the sound. Great they solved the issue. Not great, it cost me $192+ for them to put it on a lift, locate the issue what I told them it was coming from, and remove it. How much labor is really involved with doing this; certainly not $192+ worth. I should have kneeled down on the wet ground and solved it myself for free. Well not free, because I would have had to wash my clothing. More
While I’ve always had an excellent experience with the service department, my latest visit was a bust. The work was completed timely and the car received a thorough review. However, the payment experience was a nightmare. The online payment system was not taking my credit card although both cards I used were fine, no issues. There was no alternate method, so rather than my car being delivered as promised, I was required to pick it up on a day when I had multiple meetings. Their sending a Lyft to take me to the dealer was of little solace. More

We worked with Dan to custom build an x4, however, they only had an allocation for the x4M. We had to go to another dealership because of our tight schedule. However, I want to note that Dan was super atte only had an allocation for the x4M. We had to go to another dealership because of our tight schedule. However, I want to note that Dan was super attentive, working via txt and phone calls. His information was precise and to the point. I wish we had the opportunity to work with him through the sale. There are many salesmen out there, but only a handful are as good as he is. Good luck to you Dan! More
