People are nice, but the service is in efficient and can be in complete. Specifically asked for the car to be washed. That service was not done even though the inspection and recall service had been complet be in complete. Specifically asked for the car to be washed. I’ve been to this BMW service center several times. The staff is friendly majority of the time. They may wanna think about getting better representation when you first arrive. The guys who check you in are not the friendliest. They are slow here. Once they finish with your car you still have to wait AT LEASE 30 mins for them to check you out. It’s a big service center w a showroom upstairs that offers a good range of vehicles. The saving grace is Management island how receptive to customers issues they are and how quickly the move to resolve any issues. More

The most accommodating and kind staff I have ever encountered at a car dealership. They always go above and beyond with their customer service! Lets see: -Made an appointment online, showed up at that time, they had no idea who I was and didn't have my appointment in their system -Dropped car off, got a message to call back, did call back, got som time, they had no idea who I was and didn't have my appointment in their system -Dropped car off, got a message to call back, did call back, got someone who said my advisor wasn't available but they would call me back -A day goes by, I call them, advisor quotes me a price and says I have to pre-pay part of it before they start work, fine -Email for payment does not work. Multiple attempts, does not work. -Advisor says I have to come in and pay in person, super -I come in to pay in person on Saturday, wait around for a while just to give them my credit card, get up to the cashier, cashier asks for $100. I have to explain that no, I had to come in b/c you wanted $2500 on my card to start. Oh, well, thats going to be a while longer b/c...reasons. So I leave. -I get an email Monday saying, "never mind about the prepayment, just say you're fine for us to start work", so I say ok -Days pass, no word. -I call the shop, no one available to tell me anything. -I email the advisor, "car is almost ready for pickup", its like 5pm. -I get to the shop at 630pm for pickup and the bill is $1900 more than was discussed. Of course no one is available to answer my questions at this point. And I need my car, so I'm stuck paying. -Open the car and it smells awful, b/c of course it does. -I email the advisor saying "hey, why was this so much more than we discussed," and get no response. -I do, however, get a link to leave them feedback on FB, so, here it is: this place is awful, I used it before and it was awful, so shame on me, but this time it honestly just feels like an absolute scam/racket they're running and they're not remotely hiding that fact. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More
