We dropped off our vehicle Tuesday evening for Wed service (5/10/2023) it was ready on 5/15/2023. We received a phone call Monday morning that it was ready. 6 days is a long time to be with out a vehi service (5/10/2023) it was ready on 5/15/2023. We received a phone call Monday morning that it was ready. 6 days is a long time to be with out a vehicle. We arrived to pick up our car at 1:55pm. We didn't see our car on the lot so I assumed it was still in the garage. When we paid, the rep stated it was in the car wash and will be ready shortly. We waited for 19 minutes and watched multiple vehicles go in and out of the car wash. Not ours. I was beginning to Panic because I had a drs appointment at 2:30. A few minutes before that we saw our car pull into the parking lot, go AROUND the car wash and then pull up to where we were standing. A man got out of the car holding a a drink and something else in his hands. He handed us the keys and we left. Our car was NOT washed. Or vacuumed. And was clearly being used for someone else's personal use as we were waiting. And there is now a rattling noise when driving that wasn't there prior to us dropping it off More
The good news is that they completed the task, they provided a Lyft to bring me home and back, they were courteous and they washed and vacuumed the car. On the other hand, it was 24 hours late, when I went to the cashier, I was told there was no cashier because she was at lunch. Luckily another employee heard this exchange and stepped up. Regarding it being late, I received a call at 5:30 on the day it was to be done early afternoon saying that they didn’t have the part. (This is after they contacted us to bring in the car for recall.) I wrote an email to the manager about this and received a very nice call saying that the employee was new and should have checked about the part before making our appointment. More
