First time shopping for a BMW. Visited several dealerships in the area. When it came time to buy they matched the quote that I got from a competing dealer, and actually gave me a slight upgrade for the same price. They are closer to me and I was planning on having the car serviced there anyway. I would say my experience was a positive one and I left feeling that I received a very good deal from them without having to go through long drawn out negotiations. I would recommend this dealership to potential buyers. They also seem to have a top notch service department. I had a minor issue two weeks after my purchase and their Service Manager, Nick, was quick to prioritize and resolve the issue for me in one day. As a first time BMW buyer I was very impressed with Main Line BMW. More

Not happy with the service recently. Don't bother contacting this dealership if you’re trying to purchase a car from out of state! I worked with Brandon Wilkerson a sales consultant at the dealership. I explained that I was calling from another state and would be paying cash to purchase a pre-owned 2021 Cadillac CT4 that they had in stock. Brandon was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions, was very responsive to calls/text and even sent a walk-around video that he took of the car. I made the decision to purchase the car for the online advertised price. That's when I was informed the dealership would not sell the car to me unless I drove to the dealership and signed all of the paperwork in person. I told Brandon that I spoke with two other dealers within the New Country Motor Car Group and was told by both that have sold numerous vehicles to customers out of state. I asked to speak with one of the managers and was transferred to Nick DeFelice. Nick said that he would check with the pre-owned manager and call me back first thing in the morning. Nick never reached back out to me. I would recommend not wasting your time with BMW Main Line if you a shopping from out of state. More

I was not very happy with the clerk who took my registration card and license. She was curt and dismissive. When I questioned the charge for emissions as I only had 2800 miles on a one year old c registration card and license. She was curt and dismissive. The service department at BMW of the Main Line so far exceeds other BMW dealers. I came in with a minor issue, without an appointment.
