I was not very happy with the clerk who took my registration card and license. She was curt and dismissive. When I questioned the charge for emissions as I only had 2800 miles on a one year old c registration card and license. She was curt and dismissive. The service department at BMW of the Main Line so far exceeds other BMW dealers. I came in with a minor issue, without an appointment. I went to BMW Mainline for my vehicle recall service. They gave me a loaner so I didn’t have to sit and wait for my vehicle.
