Most dealers appropriately address what I’ll refer to as normal request. The dealers that standout are able to step up, going above and beyond what you’d expect. Made an appointment with a salesman, like I was told to do, then when I showed up, I walked past a female employee who said nothing to me. I walked in and no one waited on me for a few minutes until the wo do, then when I showed up, I walked past a female employee who said nothing to me. I walked in and no one waited on me for a few minutes until the women who was outside came back in. I told her who I was there for, she got him, he got me the vehicle I was there to see then pawned me off on someone else because he said he was busy with a walk in. More
