Showroom was nice. Deal went well. Employees were nice to work with. The overall speed of the process was pretty fast. Overall a good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. The only negative would be the communication between online agents and I. After saying I was planning to visit, I received an email stating time/date and sales person name. Then shortly after that email I received another email from another employee who I never talked to (but they had my appt date/time) and they said I was to ask for another salesperson. To top it off, when we got to the dealer we got neither of those sales persons…ended up being a totally different person. Basically….once I got there everything was fine….confusion prior to getting there. Might be easier if online agent let the salespersons handle everything….. More

The car was two years old but had extremely low miles. It was waiting for me in the middle of the showroom and looked brand new. Raf, Marcus, and Nathan made sure that everything went smoothly.
