The showroom was clean the cars inside the showroom were intresting and the doors were unlocked making me feel trusted to experience what each car feels like on the inside. The waiting area was quiet and had nice refreshments and the seats were comfortable. My 2003 BMW X5 3.0I although not the newest most expencive car in the service area was treated with respect and thoughtfuly cleaned by hand. However it would have been nicer if I was greeted at the front door desk by someone, greeted by the salesmen when walking by their desks although some of them are busy the ones who are not this would help and the ventalation system in the building could at times be too noisy for a high end showroom. Overall though I would be happy to come back someday. More

There is something unique about the team where they make seemingly big deals look trivial. As a customer I naturally sounded alarmed about my concerns. The BMW guys never did. Service at BMW of Westlake I had a great experience at BMW of Westlake. My car received an oil change and safety inspection where they discovered I needed new brakes. They were I had a great experience at BMW of Westlake. My car received an oil change and safety inspection where they discovered I needed new brakes. They were able to replace the brakes and do the oil change very quickly. My service representative kept me advised of what was going on through text messages and phone calls.
