Cassie was straight-forward, and clearly communicated what needed to be done. I drove all the way over to Middleburg from the east side, due to poor service at a different dealer's service center. It was worth the time, as Cassie and the technicians were very efficient, timely, and respectful. I would both return to this service center, and recommend it to other BMW owners. More

BMW dealer garage expensive? I think it costs too much to have work done by the dealer garage.
