I am the car owner but my husband brought the car in for service because I was working. I received a text message telling me if I need anything during my visit I should reply to the text. I normally love working with this dealership, however this time I am alittle disappointed. I had a few repairs made and had it detailed. When I got my car back it I found that there the leather on the da this time I am alittle disappointed. I had a few repairs made and had it detailed. When I got my car back it I found that there the leather on the dash had been torn and when I turned the head lights on it made a LOUD horrible noise, they came and picked it back up and repaired the noise and patched the hole.... I would have liked if they replaced the piece because you can Very obviously see where it had been patched. Also when they made the repairs to the headlights somehow there’s black marks on the seat seatbelt and/or like somebody had just not been conscientious with grease on their hands. Which is only more disappointing because I had just paid them to clean and detail the car. when they had it the first time More
