First-time customer I am a first time customer at the Strongsville location. I am NOT a fan of car dealerships for service, however my experience here changed my mind (at I am a first time customer at the Strongsville location. I didn't purchase a vehicle from them but it didn't seem to matter. Cassie was awesome. Tom was knowledgeable. I was squeezed in for a prepurchase check and the time frame I was promised was honored. They will be my go-to dealer for service for my new car. More

Was able to get the car in relatively easy and quick. The lady (Cassie) on the phone was very attentive to my needs and concern.
