Acceptable, not exceptional My loaner car was ready when I arrived. I had to arrive late and was accommodated well. The employee I worked with was kind and knowledgeable. I had discount coupons and there was some question about what they covered and I was told I did not read the fine print and I was disappointed that that would even an issue. I was not contacted when my car was ready but I think that was an error and not intentional. No one explained my bill and showed me where my discount was applied or how much was applied (it was a little confusing between percentages and money off per task). I was just told the total and assured that it was applied. More

Great service this time around I had a brake issue that wasn’t fixed the first time around. Christian and the staff were extremely nice and professional I brought in a "new" used car that was purchased a week prior at another place. There was an issue immediately when we test drove the car that was "f I brought in a "new" used car that was purchased a week prior at another place. There was an issue immediately when we test drove the car that was "fixed" immediately onsite with air in the tires. On the way home, driving newly purchased car, tire light and service car light came on. Immediately called that dealership and after two days, they said bring it in on Saturday morning, which I did. When I arrived there, not very helpful -- didn't seem to know I was coming and told me to return this Thursday. When I said something about it, they nastily suggested then take it to a BMW dealership near me. Stopped in Monday morning at the Middleburg Heights BMW location with the car and Christian and team scheduled me for Tuesday morning. Dropped off the car -- mentioned the issues, got a lovely loaner and went on my way to work. I heard back from Christian later in the day and was surprised at the amount of repairs and work that needed to be done on the "new" car (over $5,000.00) but after discussing it with my husband, we agreed to have this trusted and honest dealership fix the most pressing repairs for us so that we knew it would be done properly and honestly. I cannot thank them enough for giving me peace of mind behind the wheel of my "new" used car. Lesson learned, in the future only deal with this dealership. More

The showroom was clean the cars inside the showroom were intresting and the doors were unlocked making me feel trusted to experience what each car feels like on the inside. The waiting area was quiet and had nice refreshments and the seats were comfortable. My 2003 BMW X5 3.0I although not the newest most expencive car in the service area was treated with respect and thoughtfuly cleaned by hand. However it would have been nicer if I was greeted at the front door desk by someone, greeted by the salesmen when walking by their desks although some of them are busy the ones who are not this would help and the ventalation system in the building could at times be too noisy for a high end showroom. Overall though I would be happy to come back someday. More
