Not your Typical BMW experience We’ve been to a few different BMW dealerships in NJ and California and they all go over and beyond when it comes to customer service. As soon as you a We’ve been to a few different BMW dealerships in NJ and California and they all go over and beyond when it comes to customer service. As soon as you arrive there’s someone that meets you before you even get out of the car. You get offered water or some type of refreshment. The customer service is terrific. Going to Westlake as soon as I walked in the receptionist was less than friendly. Just told me to have a seat... where I waited for someone for at least 15 minutes. There was no formal greeting... offer of any type of drinks and I had to ask where the waiting area was. I just don’t feel like they exhibit what the typical BMW dealerships exhibit as far as customer service. It was rather disappointing. My husband tried to call one day to see how long they were open until so he could drop his car off a few weeks ago and the receptionist was rude. After he got his car back the light came back on so he had to leave work to get it checked. Ended up the oil was leaking and they had to fix it. I’d never go back to this location again. They could really use some training in customer service. Definitely does not meet BMW standards. More

I went in for an oil change. I thought I needed an oil change and I took my car into the dealership. Your service tech told me I did not need an oil change until January.
