He understands what is happening, keeps the customer updated throughout the entire repair or service process, is never defensive and argumentative, gets the job done, and puts the customer first. "Not a problem, Eric...I'll call you later today when your car is ready." Before long, Jorge calls to tell me that the tires are on...and they also came across an engine diagnostic issue that they were able to correct as well. Jorge and his team do what they do very well.
