We have been dealing with Lance since about 2002 and we leased 5 BMW's from Lance. We have dealt with other reps in the past, but we feel most comfortable with Lance because he is low pressure, honest, ex leased 5 BMW's from Lance. He has never promised something that he did not deliver. We can trust anything he says, and if he doesn't know the answer, he finds out. He is not a "car salesman" and that is meant as a compliment.
