He sold me my first X5 and the mom and sisters 325 (mom just got a new Bmw to replace the old one she bought w Dave) and he also leased my finances last two BMWs-I will be trading in my x5 and I am considering leasing with Bmw. Lance was very knowledgeable about the BMW products and helped me order my X3 with the right options. He spent a lot time with me explaining how he calculated my lease payment and gave a printout of all the lease information. None of the other dealerships I shopped would do that for me. When it came time for picking up my X3 Lance spent a good deal of time showing me how to use all the various options in the car. His easygoing style was quite refreshing and made for a very smooth transaction. I suggest if you are looking for a BMW at a competitive price you should see Lance. I could not be happier. More
