I had never been inside the showroom and was a little hesitant since I considered buying a BMW to be a step up from our current Lexus. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and made me feel like I was the most important person to walk into their showroom. When I began looking at some of the prices on their cars, I began to think that maybe I should head to the door, but then the salesman, Henry Lou came up and introduced himself to me and assured me that even BMW has some great cars in my price range. Mr. Lou showed me some different models and took me out for a test drive in a incredibly comfortable car that was a pleasure to maneuver on both the highway and the local streets. While we are not ready to make a decision of whether we will buy buy a BMW, Mr. Lou's attention to my needs has certainly made me want to bring my wife back the next time I visit the dealership. If you are considering buying a luxury vehicle, you owe it to yourself to visit BMW of Westchester. You will love the attention you receive and who knows, maybe you'll find yourself driving a vehicle that handles like a sports car but has the room for a family of 5! More

We bought a new X5 from Dwayne. From the time we walked in Dwayne was extremely helpful in getting us the car we were looking for. Even though the we had to order the car and it would take 3 months, Dwayn in Dwayne was extremely helpful in getting us the car we were looking for. Even though the we had to order the car and it would take 3 months, Dwayne called us two weeks later as he had found a car very similar to our build. He was great with our kids, and made the whole buying process very pleasurable. We came to Westchester BMW after having bad experiences with Mount Kisco BMW. The customer service between the two dealerships do not even compare. More
