Sales Advisor Karl Brenner was the first SA I dealt with at the beginning of my X5 search, and we weren't able to get a deal done at that time. As I continued my s Karl Brenner was the first SA I dealt with at the beginning of my X5 search, and we weren't able to get a deal done at that time. As I continued my search, I thought all other dealerships and SA will be similar to my experience w/ Karl (responsive, courteous and professional), and boy was I wrong. No other SA came close to Karl's level of service quality, not even remotely close. As luck would have it, I was able to get a deal done through Karl at the end of my search, and he certainly did right by me. Bottom line is this, if you are looking for a normal, low key, non pretentious kinda SA to work with on a deal, Karl is absolutely your guy. After the purchase you will not mind hanging out w/ him at a BBQ and have a beer. More

Unpleasant and Condescending My husband and I went to BMW to look for a new car, possibly an M3 or M5, we wanted a sporty car but also a four door sedan for when we decide to expa My husband and I went to BMW to look for a new car, possibly an M3 or M5, we wanted a sporty car but also a four door sedan for when we decide to expand our family. They were nice at the front to provide us refreshments, and we expected a good experience. We worked with a salesman named Dwayne, and he was very unhelpful and pushed us towards Pre-Owned Vehicles when we made it clear we wanted a new car. I asked about the M5 being all wheel drive when it was actually rear wheel drive. It was very rude and degrading when he told me how I "should have done my research". Is that how you are supposed to treat a potential client interested in purchasing a $90K car? I think he lacked knowledge on the cars itself as he mentioned the interior of the M5 and M3 were completely different than the 3 series and 5 series, yet he also showed us both the 3 series and 5 series and said that these would be identical to the M3 and M5. So which is it? The dealership had neither cars in stock, and refused a test drive due to this reason. Dwayne also said we can test drive the car when we drive it off the lot once we purchased the car.... Seriously? He mentioned if we didn't like the car, we can bring it back and he can resell the vehicle for us. That's quite an expensive test drive, isn't that usually complimentary? We ended up taking our business to Mercedes in White Plains, at least they let us test drive all the AMGs and were far more helpful. Dwayne did offer us refreshments a few times, I give him that. I would not go to this dealership. They just push used cars on you and do not seem to take younger clients seriously. My husband and I came dressed casually knowing we wanted to test drive cars comfortably. I was deeply disappointed with the service seeing we wanted to purchase such a premium car. Save your money and go to another BMW dealership, these people are not worth the trouble, clearly you will not get what you are going for. More
