Through the process connected with Dan C. who handles internet and traditional sales. He took the time to explain benefits, pricing and options. I then put off purchasing a car. Several months later, sought out Dan C. because of that initial interaction and realized a new vehicle was the way to go and from start to finish including finding the car, negotiating pricing (easiest negotiation ever), completing and signing paperwork, and getting the keys for my new 428xi grancoupe was done in under 60mins. Amazed. Service didn't stop there with BMW genius Frank taking me through everything and providing technical support post sale. So far a fantastic experience, definitely worth a visit and recommend, especially with the sales team I had and if in the market for a BMW. More

The person who requested I do this review is actually another amazing individual - Benito Martinez - our service advisor for every car we have ever owned. It has been our experience that Ray Catena really did it right with the staffing of BMW of Westchester. From the moment you drive into the service garage, you are treated immediately and like royalty. My husband and I wonder why we didn't start with a BMW in the first place. Benito has always been on the very top of his game; knowing what we need done without us having to verbalize anything. I secretly think he has psychic powers. He always goes above and beyond......is honest and accommodating......There is nothing he wouldn't do to help our family. More

Service Lane Let Down My wife and I came in for a simple car wash to get rid of the gunk and grim. Sadly, due to traffic we arrived 3 min after their cut off time for car My wife and I came in for a simple car wash to get rid of the gunk and grim. Sadly, due to traffic we arrived 3 min after their cut off time for car washes of 6pm. Despite the fact that there were 7 employees in the service lane and no customers in sight, we were simply told it was too late. No one made any effort to find out if it was still possible. We were forced to go to BMW of Greenwich. This clearly was not the premium experience that BMW expects of its Centers. More

One mistake after another My car was towed there and they had it for 4 days for service. Didn't address the problem. Within 30 minutes of leaving the facility the car stalled My car was towed there and they had it for 4 days for service. Didn't address the problem. Within 30 minutes of leaving the facility the car stalled. Next day I died on the road and had to get towed again. They ignored what was most likely the original problem and 2 days later I ended up having to replace the part that they originally replaced. The service adviser did not communicate the problems on top of the incompetent service results. More

One of the main reasons I started going to BMW of Westchester specifically because Seth Williams was there. Seth has been an enormous help to me and my family who also own BMWs. He is helpful, accommodating, caring, and hard working. He is one of the most dedicated employees I have experienced at BMW. He is honest as well which when dealing with these luxury cars and service issues, is very important and respectable. He will tell you exactly what your car needs and provide you with options so that you feel well informed about the decisions you are making. He makes every customer feel appreciated and valued and that is priceless. Its not often you go to a dealership and have a pleasant, enjoyable, and convenient experience.
