Well I got my wish when I visited BMW Of Westchester and met Micheal Ready for the first time. He has detailed knowledge where BMW is concern, and most important I trust decision each time. You simple tell him your problem and he has a solution. My second BMW I brought at BMW of Weschester, Sales Person Joey excellent sales person. Micheal, my Service Person, always is an expert with my 2013 BMW 750 LI xdrive. He is very knowledgeable, and each time I visited his office he always give excellent service. My car is always spotless when he returns it to me, and complaint has always been resoled to my satisfaction. Most important I never think twice to leave my car there. More

Superb Customer Experience I would like to thank BMW of Westechester for there outstanding customer service. Each and every person that works here makes you feel like family. I would like to thank BMW of Westechester for there outstanding customer service. Each and every person that works here makes you feel like family. I have had issues in the past with shady dealerships and service centers so I'm always skeptical. I walked in here and it was a breath of fresh air. From the front desk to the service center, this place gives you the play by play of what's going on with your car. There aren't any surprises ever. There is one person that did stand out and that is Eli Cucullo. She was straight up with me about price and told me exactly what was going on with my car. I will tell everyone I know to get there car serviced here. Thank you all again for everything!!!! More
Great Price and Very Efficient but Poor Customer Service BMW of Westchester provided us with the exact vehicle we wanted and for a great price but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service I receiv BMW of Westchester provided us with the exact vehicle we wanted and for a great price but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service I received last year and this week. During my visit last year, the sales associate I dealt with was very disrespectful and did not take me seriously as I am under the age of 25. This experience was handled terribly as BMW of Westchester attempted to sell us a service loaner with multiple dents on the front bumper. As a result, we took our business else where. This week, I contacted BMW of Westchester and spoke with Craig Robertson over the phone. Craig was rude, disrespectful and failed to answer many of the questions I had regarding the X3 I was looking at. Despite this poor customer service, I scheduled an appointment with him on June 29th to test drive and purchase an X3. Prior to my appointment, I called to double check if the vehicle was in stock and Craig refused to speak with me over the phone. Instead, I spoke with Andrew who answered all of my questions and was very friendly. When I arrived at the dealer for my 12:00pm appointment with Craig, he was unavailable and I was passed along from one sales person to the next. Finally just before I left the dealer, Steven Accocella approached us at which point we discussed the details of the vehicle we were about to purchase. While Steven was unfamiliar with the specific packages and options of the X3, he worked very efficiently to give us the price we asked. Steven quickly processed the paperwork and earned our business. Although Steven was very efficient and did his best to earn our business, I do not reccomend this dealership as many of the individuals as many of the employees were reluctant to speak with me due to my age. Little did they know, the car was a 60th birthday present for my dad. As someone who has assisted more than 25 friends and family members with their vehicle purchases, I suggest you take your business elsewhere (i.e. BMW of Mamaroneck). More

HORRIBLE Unprofessional and Unethical. TERRIBLE customer service. We have owned/leased BMW's for many, many years. Since we recently moved to the area, we de Unprofessional and Unethical. TERRIBLE customer service. We have owned/leased BMW's for many, many years. Since we recently moved to the area, we decided to try our local dealership, Ray Catena BMW of Westchester. Everyone seemed pleasant and friendly when we were at the dealership. We reached a deal and left a deposit. When we returned home and read over the contract, we noticed an error which, not surprisingly benefited the dealership. It is a long story but, bottom line is that the contract had some things in it that we did not agree to. Basically, it would end up costing us approximately $20 extra per month on the lease. Not the biggest deal but it was not what we agreed to. It felt like a "bait and switch". We called our sales rep. and he danced around the issue and gave us some "salesman" mumbo jumbo but, in the end, he did not explain what happened and he did not resolve the issue. In fact, he did not seem apologetic or even as if he cared. We then called Andre Accurso, the sales manager who also worked with us on the deal. We left him a voicemail that same day. When Andre didn't call us back after two days, we called and left him another voicemail. No return call. We left yet another voicemail the following day. Spoiler alert: HE NEVER CALLED US BACK! We ended up cancelling the deal completely. I am completely shocked by the lack of a response from the sales "Manager". The horrific customer service coupled with the unprofessional business practices we experienced makes me sure to never step foot in that dealership again or any Ray Catena dealership for that matter. Honestly, we are so disheartened by the whole experience, we are leery of BMW as a brand at this point and, thus, are considering other luxury brands. It is sad that after many years of loyalty to the brand that we feel so uneasy about doing business with them. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place to avoid becoming a victim of a "bait and switch". More
