We do not have enough inventory to satisfy our local demand and we view a client as a client for life, not in sales but in service as well. Our trade policy consists of the fact that we do accept any type of vehicle at all of our stores but we do not resell any non-brand vehicles from our stores. BMW only sells used BMWS. We have seen several of your reviews online and wanted to set the record straight. We repaired the R/F suspension of your vehicle through your insurance company due to an accident/impact damage that they confirmed. This repair was done correctly and as per your insurance companies inspection. You declined several safety items such as bald tires and worn brakes at that time. The vehicle then drove 5372 miles before you had another impact that was hard enough to blow out your tire and damage the vehicle again. I believe you use this vehicle for commercial purposes such as ridesharing since in 3 weeks you put 5372 miles on the vehicle. If the bolt you mentioned was not tightened, the vehicle would have failed immediately and would not have been able to travel 5372 miles. We inspected it at no charge for you and offered several repairs at a discount to try and accommodate you and get you back on the road for as little expense as possible. We even offered you a loaner vehicle. Your tire cords are showing and the brakes are grinding with zero pad left. We have video inspections of the vehicle for both visits as well to present to any interested parties. If you would like to discuss this further, please call Bill Caswell at 914-761-5555.
