The showroom and guest waiting area were spotless and comfortable. I left with exactly the car I wanted. I didn’t wonder if I made the right decision or if I was taken advantage of in some way. As I am not familiar with the area, Brandon guided me through the area to avoid traffic but also to allow me to get a true feeling of the how it handles in actual daily driving. The financial dept (Dan) made the finance a breeze. These may seem like common sense for a Dealership but I assure you with the many I have been to that it is not. The easiest vehicle I have purchased. More

With new ownership, service is horrible!! I have purchased new tires, new wheels and/or 4 wheel alignments every year for 5 years and keep having the same issue every year. I do not believe I I have purchased new tires, new wheels and/or 4 wheel alignments every year for 5 years and keep having the same issue every year. I do not believe I received proper wheel alignments. After year three, I requested BMW do whatever was necessary for me to quit returning every year with this same issue. I was told again, new tires, new wheels and 4 wheel alignment. So I did. A year later, same issue! Replaced again!! This year, same issue!!!! This time I went somewhere else and found out Rear Shocks were my issue. Another wheel alignment, new tires, and this time rear shocks. Management had no compassion for these mishaps and told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. I think his name is Brandon. I have been a customer at West County BMW over 10 years and NOW service is horrible More
