Obama came on the radio and told me to buy a cah I just wanted a toaster. That's it, a simple 8 slice machine that could properly brown an English muffin. Instead, I walk into the wrong store, and now I got a BMW, and I am not even a yuppie. So, instead of having deliciously browned carbs, I get to drive around not using my indicator, and having an incredible urge to tailgate little old ladies. My wardrobe is changing from Wal-Mart and Kohls to Nordstroms. I didn't want to be this, but it was sold to me by this place. They are really bad at selling toasters, but my God are they good at selling BMWs. Maybe, too good. More

There was not one time during this buying process that we felt pressured or sold on anything which made our decision that much easier. Linzie Jr. Is definitely the guy to talk to. Professional, inviting and the guy really knows his stuff. He had an answer for every question we threw at him and at no point did I feel the need to question his responses or hospitality. He walked us through step by step on our financing options and offered us a reasonable trade in on our 2014 RX 350. We decided on a 2018 X5 and could not be happier with the results. We will definitely be returning to Suntrup West County for our next trade-in! More

Revived my Faith in Car Salesmen! I was looking to buy my daughter a sweet 16 present that went sideways fast at the MERC dealership. After that horrid experience with a local Mercedes Dealership Went to BMW of West St.Louis. I entered the dealership with disgust and disdain, and looking to get the same lack of service. Boy was I wrong. Adam Ishac and Linzie Foster took great care of me. They did not rush me nor did they judge me by attire or "looking for a fight" demeanor. Not only did I buy my daughter a car, but I treated myself to a new 7 series as well. But my story does not end there. In my disgust with the Mercedes service, I attempted to trade in my lease for my wife's GLS. Adam, Linzie, and Brent would Not let me do it. I was too upside down and their words were they could not with good conscious let me loose that much money. Looking after my wealth has just gained BMW of West St. Louis a Customer for Life. Thank you Adam, Linzie and Brent!!! More
