After leaving frustrated with their lackluster customer service I took a break from my search. A couple weeks later I decided to try BMW West St Louis. Best decision ever!! Veronica Tran eagerly greeted us on the lot & began asking questions about what WE wanted in a vehicle & then thoroughly explained each & every detail of the suitable vehicle styles. We left that day with tons of information that helped us make an informed decision. We returned a few days later knowing that we wanted to buy our car from BMW West St Louis. Once we decided on the model, Linzie Jr was there to show us all the techy features. He worked very hard at getting us the best deal & made the whole process easy! In summary, each & every person we came in contact with went above and beyond to help make our car buying experience fabulous. As an out-of-state buyer, I took care of most of my questions and negotiations by email and phone. Linzie Jr was always extremely professional and honest. When he was busy, the responses could take some time, but he always came through. He really listened to my requests and did everything necessary to take care of them. My visit to the dealership was fast and efficient. All the documents were prepared correctly and I always felt welcome and taken care of. Had a great experience buying from out of state I bought a pre-owned vehicle from out of state. Adam was great to deal with. He was responsive and extremely helpful. Any questions I had he was quick I bought a pre-owned vehicle from out of state. Adam was great to deal with. He was responsive and extremely helpful. Test drive x3 I went in to test drive a x3 bmw suv. Veronica was the only one that greeted me, and was the sales rep that showed me the suv.
