World Class BMW Service Just moved back to the U.S. after living in the UK for 10 years. Arriving in St. Louis we passed on another dealership, who shall not be named, due to the "I can't be bothered" attitude.....on 3 visits! Let's just say it was more of a morgue than a plaza to do business. However, BMW of West St. Louis offers service that rivals BMW dealerships around the globe! This includes the service department (don't worry, it was a scheduled service). Most importantly, I bought a car from them and the only reason is Jhonny Polo. I don't like sales people. Who does? No one, is the answer in case you were wondering, but Jhonny is not a sales person. He's a top bloke who doesn't give you an insecure handshake or take the xxxx. I'd let Jhonny babysit our dog if we had one. That tells you something. Jhonny is "the man" as they say. He's a worldly fella who I need to buy a pint soon for the excellent experience. Cheers! More
