Great Experience We purchased a 2007 BMW 3 Series for an additional car for our family. The entire experience from start to finish could not have been better. Malik We purchased a 2007 BMW 3 Series for an additional car for our family. The entire experience from start to finish could not have been better. Malik was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and even came in on his day off to help finalize the deal. I have purchased several cars, and while this was not the most expensive and certainly not the most impressive car on the lot, we were treated as though we were buying a car worth six figures. When we picked up the car (and "gave" it to our daughter) they had it cleaned, ready, and placed balloons and a large bow on it for her when she saw it for the first time. While it is not "her" car, they played along and helped us pull of the surprise. Malik and the other associates posed for pictures with the family and gave her the red carpet treatment. They could not have been nicer. The deal itself was smooth and easy, no back and forth, just laying out what we were willing to offer for the car, the dealer verifying they could make the deal. Piece of cake. A month later and we received a follow up email from him just making sure everything is going good with the car. Unreal. I never considered BMW prior to this experience, I am happy to say that based on my experience there, and specifically my interaction with Malik, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to my family and friends. I look forward to the next time I am in the market for a car, new or used, they will be my first stop. More
