The entire process from configuring the car and placing the order was guided by Jhonny Polo. He was very helpful, never pushy, and understood what I had in mind. It helps that he is a car enthusiast. I thought the price was reasonable, too. Today, I met with the Minister of Finance to settle the purchase. After that, an employee went to the car with me and demonstrated the multitude of features. With the complexities of modern electronics, it is too easy to overlook many of the features. This session was very helpful. I can recommend Jhonny and the dealership to anyone considering a BMW. Even though mine was one of the least expensive cars on the lot, I got the same level of courtesy as a buyer of the more costly models. More

Missing Heated Steering Wheel I made at least 3 lengthy visits to this dealer to determine the best car for me, I drove one car for a weekend and determined it was not the car for I made at least 3 lengthy visits to this dealer to determine the best car for me, I drove one car for a weekend and determined it was not the car for me, a friend visited the dealership on my behalf and all of these interactions were facilitated by the ever patient Jhonny Polo. In the end a car was ordered for me with what I thought had every feature I wanted and then I waited for months with numerous calls to Jhonny seeking information about the whereabouts of this car. Jhonny was always patient and in the end the car came, I went to get my new car to find it waiting with a big red bow....as I drove off, I looked for my favorite feature, a heated steering wheel...it was not there and was not ordered. With all the packages, this feature wasn't included....bummer big time and nothing could be done. More
