Veronica was a pleasure to work with given that the whole deal was done via email and phone calls. She took a nice video showing the car so I could be confident buying the car without seeing it in person. When I flew in to get the car, Veronica gladly picked me up from the airport, saving me from needing to get a cab or Lyft. It's this kind of customer service that other dealers can learn from and would keep customers coming back for years to come! More

Inside the car were also other BMW goodies from a new BMW tumbler to two key chains. My kids were also happy when I brought home a box of chocolates!
