Very Impressive Service Advisor I live in Kansas City, drive a BMW, and was visiting family in St. Louis. I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which could not be I live in Kansas City, drive a BMW, and was visiting family in St. Louis. I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which could not be repaired. The tire was an exoctic tire that dealers typically do not stock. I needed to return to KC the next day. A nearby tire dealer told me it would be four days before they could get a replacement tire in. I called BMW of West St. Louis and was connected to Service Advisor Mike Kuhlmann. Mike said that he would check on the options and get back to me shortly. He called back in 10 minutes and said that he would have the tire delivered the next day and would get me on the road to KC that afternoon, which he did. This gentleman could not have been nicer, more efficient, or more professional. Mike is a very inpressive individual. More
