Adam answered whatever questions I came up with to help me make the best decision for me about a vehicle, even at times providing me info which wouldn't have been to his personal benefit. Very Impressive Service Advisor I live in Kansas City, drive a BMW, and was visiting family in St. Louis. I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which could not be I live in Kansas City, drive a BMW, and was visiting family in St. Louis. I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which could not be repaired. The tire was an exoctic tire that dealers typically do not stock. I needed to return to KC the next day. A nearby tire dealer told me it would be four days before they could get a replacement tire in. I called BMW of West St. Louis and was connected to Service Advisor Mike Kuhlmann. Mike said that he would check on the options and get back to me shortly. He called back in 10 minutes and said that he would have the tire delivered the next day and would get me on the road to KC that afternoon, which he did. This gentleman could not have been nicer, more efficient, or more professional. Mike is a very inpressive individual. More

This is our second time working with Brandon and Steve. We first came to the dealership with our son to look at a used Toyota RAV4 that had been traded in. We came back the second time and bought a used I3 We first came to the dealership with our son to look at a used Toyota RAV4 that had been traded in. We came back the second time and bought a used I3 electric car. Both purchases were on the low end of the price scale compared to the luxury inventory that they carry. Yet each time we were there, we were treated as well as anyone buying a more expensive new vehicle. Brandon is a nice, knowledgeable and not pushy salesman. Steve is a funny, efficient and professional finance manager. Elizabeta lives up to her title of bmw genius. We would absolutely recommend this team to anyone!!! More

Excellent Experience I had narrowed my car choices down to 2--including a used BMW X5. Brandon Giganti (who had already leased two new BMWs to my wife and son within the l I had narrowed my car choices down to 2--including a used BMW X5. Brandon Giganti (who had already leased two new BMWs to my wife and son within the last year!) was great to deal with. Answered questions, explained differences between models and model years and, most importantly to me, was not high-pressure. He knew I was waffling between this car and one from another dealer and he simply answered my questions and let me decide which, in fact, helped me decide! The financing part took a while, but Bob was by himself and got hit with a few things before he could get to us. The paperwork was explained and it flowed in an orderly fashion. I had a rate in mind from my local bank and Bob was able to get it matched. Everyone I encountered was friendly--I highly recommend Brandon and the team at BMW West County. (P.S. This is my wife's 2nd BMW and any service issues she's had have been greeted with excellent service). More
