Deposits don’t count Communicated with Rami the end of business on 5/23/20. Provided video of BMW at 530pm of X3 M40I. After several emails and texts with Rami the mornin Communicated with Rami the end of business on 5/23/20. Provided video of BMW at 530pm of X3 M40I. After several emails and texts with Rami the morning of Memorial Day, I submitted credit application, drivers license and proof of insurance. Rami called and I provided a credit card as deposit to hold vehicle. An hour later I get a text that someone else is looking at car. 3 hours later that vehicle was sold. Great ethics at this dealership. I am concerned with providing credit card information over phone. More
