Incredible Service - Wonderful Experience My fiance and I were in the market for a new lease on an SUV - trading in our 2016 Subaru Forester. Veronica was absolutely wonderful. She got us in t My fiance and I were in the market for a new lease on an SUV - trading in our 2016 Subaru Forester. Veronica was absolutely wonderful. She got us in the car we were interested in immediately (X3 m40i) for a test drive with one of their tech gurus. We had test driven a few other SUV's that day, but when we started driving the m40i, I knew it was the car for us. Veronica was great to work with - super helpful and knowledgeable, definitely tried to convince us of the lease but not pushy at all. Of course, we left STL for the evening to think it over but had to drive back the next day for the sale! Thank you so much to Veronica for making our first BMW experience incredible. Thank you to Bob Whay for the expeditious financing and getting us on our way in our brand new car! I think we are definitely BMW lifers now :) More

Brandy was great. She checked me in for my initial issues but then asked about any additional issues. She started looking around my car and found a slash in a tire. I told her I was moving to Florida but si but then asked about any additional issues. She started looking around my car and found a slash in a tire.
