We suffered a tire puncture on a Saturday and were initially unable to find a run flat replacement. I called BMW West St. Louis on Monday morning and were told they had a tire in stock and that they initially unable to find a run flat replacement. I called BMW West St. Louis on Monday morning and were told they had a tire in stock and that they could install it at 9:30. When I arrived Jeff Daniels was the service advisor and he handled the check in professionally. The work was completed in the time promised and Sean Kelley the tech that did the work followed up with a text message video explaining the work performed including a check of fluid levels. The price was competitive and the people were fantastic. More

Made a deal over text, they accepted my offer and I started the 3 hour drive after filling out my paperwork an Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Received a call wanting a extra 300.00 more then we agreed on...when I challenged Romni (not sure of spelling) on changing the agreed upon price he stated he would talk to his manager and call me back. When he called back it was to let me know the car wasn’t ready for pick up...needed new tires and he would make it right by delivering it to me and to not worry about the 300.00 that he would make things right. When he contacted me, it was via text to let me know they needed a extra 700.00 more then agreed upon. When I asked for a phone call I was ignored all day, I left voicemails and never had a returned call. The sales “manager” Brett ignored 3 voicemails from me. Extremely poor customer service or even just common respect. Definitely not brand right for BMW. I had amazing service at Autohaus BMW in STL and would highly recommend! More
