Bob was great as well with my paperwork and even sent them via overnight mail so I could get them signed ahead of the pick up. At pick up - the car was spotless and Jhonny was waiting for us with a BOW on the vehicle, waters on the hot day and a new BMW coffee mug. He then spent the time to show us how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable on BMW and offered excellent details. We drove 2.5 hours to buy from Jhonny and bypassed 3 local BMW dealers in Illinois! We will definitely be back for our next car!!! We suffered a tire puncture on a Saturday and were initially unable to find a run flat replacement. I called BMW West St. Louis on Monday morning and were told they had a tire in stock and that they initially unable to find a run flat replacement. When I arrived Jeff Daniels was the service advisor and he handled the check in professionally. The work was completed in the time promised and Sean Kelley the tech that did the work followed up with a text message video explaining the work performed including a check of fluid levels.
