I am handicapped and have a wheelchair in my trunk and they always get it out for me and help me get inside. I have always been treated very nice when I am there. A young lady(that worked there) gave me a they always get it out for me and help me get inside. I have always been treated very nice when I am there. A young lady(that worked there) gave me a blue sequined face mask to match my hair that day. Brandy has always been very nice to me and we have even shared music that we like. he is a pleasure to do business with. Everyone is very nice that works there. I bought a 2018 Nissan Murano for $30,000 from West County BMW this year. I also purchased all of the extended warranties that were offered including the Cilajet service to protect my vehicle from any County BMW this year. I also purchased all of the extended warranties that were offered including the Cilajet service to protect my vehicle from any damages. I have attempted to contact Bob on several occasions to have warranty work done ( the vehicle is actually under the original factory warranty). I was told by the service dept. that they don’t work on my car. Bob told me the exact opposite while selling me the warranties. Now he will NOT take the time to return my call so we can discuss this. To say I’m disappointed is quite an understatement. I would have expected more from this dealership. Perhaps it’s because I didn’t purchase a BMW!!!??? More
