Bob made the signing of paperwork feel like two old friends catching up. He thoroughly explained my gap and extended warranty policies and was truly personable. Zack is the BMW master. He really showed me every feature on my new X5 and I drove away confident in knowing all the capabilities my car has to offer. This team is undefeated and I would know (again 8 cars 11 years by choice). First time owning a BMW and first time in for a scheduled service and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleased with how the whole process worked with making appointment online and letting them know I service and wasn’t sure what to expect. Our Service Advisor, Rick, helped me understand what I should expect during my visit and approximately how long it should take. I was getting an oil change and check up. I did ask if while the car was there is they could hard attach my battery maintainer cable under the hood. The Tech, Joel did a very nice job installing and attaching the wiring for that request.
