He then spent the next 15 minutes meticulously going through what I should do and to fix the signals and it worked!!! He is a gentleman and a BMW scholar. I am very thankful for the help and this is why I buy from and send friends to BMW to buy. As a matter of fact I sent a colleague to OTTOS BMW two days ago and he bought a great car too. Otto’s BMW has renewed their facility which is very convenient for customers who decide to wait while their caris being serviced. There are tables or sitting areas available with free Wi-Fi, coffee, water and snacks. Staff is very knowledgeable and respectful. If you don’t want to wait, a loaner BMW is always available for you to use. Great place to service your BMW or Mini! More
