Bad Service. They damaged my windshield !! I will never go for any servicing to OTTO's. I dropped my car to fix the sound system. They did a good job on fixing that, but when I got my car back I will never go for any servicing to OTTO's. I dropped my car to fix the sound system. They did a good job on fixing that, but when I got my car back and reached home there was a big crack on my windshield. Now they are saying that it's not their fault as they never drove the car. Clearly the crack happened when the car was there. But they will not fix it and I have to go through my insurance now to get it repaired. I always thought that Otto's was a good place to buy or get your car fixed, but they are not able to take responsibilities for their actions. Will not recommend for any servicing. The service adviser is very rude and condescending. I never though you will have this kind of experience with a premium car dealership. More

BMW has a Genius Program that is available to help the new owners become familiar with their new car. However, most helpful to us was working with Brian Menda. Brian has been doing customer interaction work for quite a while and has a deep knowledge of BMW cars. Most importantly, Brian is a very good communicator. I'm a gadget person and my wife much less so. Brian has a skill of addressing both viewpoints simultaneously during the same conversation. He was always readily available and was very helpful in different ways to both of us. This made a big difference in how quickly we felt comfortable with our new car. More

Super Customer Service. My wife's BMW was on the blink electronically. We had been using a local mechanic being a 2004 model. We were told that the battery cable was recall My wife's BMW was on the blink electronically. We had been using a local mechanic being a 2004 model. We were told that the battery cable was recalled for that model. I got the duty today on my retirement day off. From the first minute I dropped the car off at service and was greeted by a very young man and I quickly met Sharon at the Control desk ( it seemed as the control desk) and she was a total delight! I was introduced to my service manager Joe Izzo and increased to be extremely impressed. These two people are priceless to your business. Sincerely, Richard J. Carroll and I'll be back.!!! More

Worst Service experience I have been visiting Otto's BMW since 2014 thinking I will get other Employee than Beth. I told last year its time to replace brake pads and as usual I have been visiting Otto's BMW since 2014 thinking I will get other Employee than Beth. I told last year its time to replace brake pads and as usual she responded its good, now My brake pads got rusty just after buying new car and less than 3 year old. Never listens to customer. Today was my last day here. If you ask for regular warranty covered items that needs to be replaced she rejects them and Today I have to pay big to replace some of the parts because Brake pads were not replaced when I asked for. More

It is helpful to have someone show you all the little tricks as the car has become very sophisticated: even just the navigation feature is quite tricky. Kevin was clear and helpful - I highly recommend going in for the tutorial!! More
