Update: The price was given to me on the phone but I was charged the correct amount ($4.10)when I went there. I guess it was a mistake. So Disregard my message below. Unfortunately site wont let me delete i charged the correct amount ($4.10)when I went there. I guess it was a mistake. So Disregard my message below. Unfortunately site wont let me delete it. Parts are ridiculously expensive. Part that listed as $3.93 on BMW's list price is sold at $10.50. Same part is $4.10 on BMW of Devon hill. That is more than double. I understand adding some profit but this is down right highway robbery. They should take a look at their part prices and tone it down a bit. If they rip you off this much on parts, I don't think I would go there to shop for a car. West German BMW and Devon Hill BMW sell parts close to or at BMW list price so I know they are not trying to take advantage of owners that are in urgent need of a part. I would rather take my business to them whether buying parts or a new car. More
The service experience was excellent from start to finish. Work was performed quickly too. I brought my car in for one specific item and asked that they look at two other things which I didn't think finish. Work was performed quickly too. I brought my car in for one specific item and asked that they look at two other things which I didn't think were much of problem; more of a nuisance. They diagnosed and fixed all three issues. Since the car was under warranty this was at no cost to me. Other dealerships may have just given the items a cursory check, but not here. I was very impressed. More

When you visit an Otto's BMW dealership, whether it's for service or to purchase, it quickly becomes apparent that everyone there understands the BMW culture and tries in every way to relate to the customer' service or to purchase, it quickly becomes apparent that everyone there understands the BMW culture and tries in every way to relate to the customer's experience with the vehicle. Basically, I feel that I have personal advocates at the dealership. Another nuance is the display of BMW heritage. Otto's always has a restored BMW Bimmer or Bemmer on display. I enjoy knowing that Otto's has a keen interest in the mobile tradition of BMW's and the experience to back it up. More

The folks at Otto's provide exemplary service with friendly, courteous and profesional customer handling. Their team of service personnel are to be commended as they are at the very top of their game. Our BMW will never go anywhere else. We just bought another BMW because of the service department. The first car is sold in the showroom. All the next sales take place because of the service department and the treatment you receive at their hands. More
I have been using Otto's BMW for more than 30 years, both buying and servicing my cars (seven to date). I have always found the staff there to be friendly and efficient in their treatment of me.I feel that t buying and servicing my cars (seven to date). I have always found the staff there to be friendly and efficient in their treatment of me.I feel that they have always given me a good deal when I have purchased a new car from them ( I checked!). I live and work approximately 40 miles from Otto's in center city Philadelphia. There are probably four other BMW dealers that are closer to me, but I find that the superior treatment that I receive there outweighs the inconvenience. More
I hate this dealership. The older women at the front counter is rude and condescending. Every time I have brought my 5series in for service all I hear about is how horrible her life is and how her husba counter is rude and condescending. Every time I have brought my 5series in for service all I hear about is how horrible her life is and how her husband just got back from Iraq. I don't believe this to be professional in the least. I don't believe you should talk about your personal life at the work place. I also over heard her having an argument with her daughter Sarah while standing behind the counter. Sarah told her to shut up several times. I have also seen that same women crying behind the counter. I didn't spend 60k on a car so I can watch Jerry Springer when I go in for service. I prefer a professional atmosphere where I do not get an enterprise car as a rental when the gentleman standing next to me gets an 09 535 and has an old 3series... I think that they should take into account the car the owner drives in with and the car they drives out with... Basically I will never go there again. If I want to hear about Iraq I will watch the damn news. I will now take my car to Princeton BMW. More
I have been to Otto's for sales and service both. Every time I have got a friendly and professional response. The sales person knows what he is talking about and same is true with the service department. time I have got a friendly and professional response. I visited their parts department on two occasions to buy parts. They were very friendly and willing to help. Parts were expensive even with my BMWCCA discount, but I guess I'm just use to wholesale and onli parts. They were very friendly and willing to help. Parts were expensive even with my BMWCCA discount, but I guess I'm just use to wholesale and online prices. After buying the parts I needed, I visited the show room. someone was immediately there to see if I needed help or had any questions. Talked breifly to the sales guy about the new M5 then I asked to be left alone while I just browsed the showroom. On my way out, another sales person pestered me, but it was understandable since she wasn't there when I asked to be left alone. More
