Overall great service had tires installed and an alignment completed. All work was done and promised and I even received a video showing additional maintenance that was needed. The service was just average. The car had to be taken up again because one of the filters wasn't replaced the first time. I only knew that because when it was time to leave, the oil service light was still again because one of the filters wasn't replaced the first time. Although service is closed on Sunday, it is a great thing to be able to speak with someone in a time of need! Although I was having an issue with my car, I was able to call and let someone know that I neede to be able to speak with someone in a time of need! I was given instructions as to what to tell the AAA driver and my car was on the way! Thankfully the problem was minor but I was contacted in a very expedient manner and the problem was resolved before 1pm! Jordan was great. We had a couple hiccups during our last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. The only area which could use a tiny bit of improvement is keeping the customer up last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. The only area which could use a tiny bit of improvement is keeping the customer up to date. I found myself having to call to learn about the progress with my car rather than the other way around. However, I would say that Jordan superb personality more than makes up for the deficiency. More
