I bought/leased many cars including Acura, BMW, Honda, Infinity, and Toyota and I wanted to get a sportier BMW. BMW of Watertown gave me the best price for a car in stock. I drove an hour and went to Infinity, and Toyota and I wanted to get a sportier BMW. BMW of Watertown gave me the best price for a car in stock. I drove an hour and went to this place after they gave me a good price and a fair trade in value for my BMW. I had a great experience! This place was excellent! My salesman James Rolleston was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable, kind, organized, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. He communicated with me throughout and worked very hard until everything was finished. Charles, a business manager, was good, too! I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. He was a ‘normal’ person and we talked about family, etc. Ashley, a sales manager, was excellent! She gave me a good price for a new BMW and gave me a fair trade-in value for my car. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a car!!! I know they will have a new building and I hope to buy my next BMW in Waterbury!!! More

Terrible service experience with Walter Modeen and the new service guy Jarrod. Walter Modeen lied to BMW NA and told them that they diagnosed a caliber issue on my vehicle previously which is why bmw fail new service guy Jarrod. Walter Modeen lied to BMW NA and told them that they diagnosed a caliber issue on my vehicle previously which is why bmw failed to apply a goodwill credit to my repair. Also my car was damaged and they refused to send a correct date of check in and photos to my email. More

I brought my vehicle to my local BMW dealer in Watertown, after having driven it less then 200 miles, because the vehicle was making a noise from underneath the car. The mechanics at BMW of Watertown diagnose the problem and were able to fix the problem in a short period of time. I was given a loaner vehicle to use while the car was being repaired. Very Limited ability to get BMW headquarters to help I recently had my car serviced at the dealer and had an oil change, filters changed, rear brake pads replace and brake fluid flush. The service cost I recently had my car serviced at the dealer and had an oil change, filters changed, rear brake pads replace and brake fluid flush. The service cost just under $1,000. Two driving days after having the service the engine failed due to an issue with the timing chain. The engine has to be replaced and would cost over $22,000 with tax. The 5 series car had a mileage of just over 159,000 miles and had all services performed on a timely basis since I purchased the car new in September of 2012. The failure of the timing chain is a very common problem listed on a google search caused by the timing chain guides failure on the turbo 4 cylinder engines. The Web shows many complaints and several class action suits against BMW for this known issue with the timing chain. The dealer offered to assist with aggressive pricing on a new BMW and BMW national would do nothing more than offer and token $1,000 credit toward a new BMW. BMW would not replace the engine in spite of advising that after 2016 models they have modified the engine design because of the timing chain guide issue. I plan to pursue legal action against BMW to recover the service cost of nearly $1,000 and the complete loss of my vehicle that had a fair market value of around $7,500. BMW should be treating their customers with support for a design failure that they are totally aware of. More
