I've never had such a difficult time purchasing a vehicle. My first trip in I dealt with Dennis Smith and it was great, we test drove it, I left a deposit on the spot and filled out the credit applic vehicle. He wrote it in big black letters right on the front page of my file. I show up at 11am, he has COMPLETELY forgotten about me. The vehicle is a gift for my partner for their birthday, I waited until 2pm to be seen while my partner is waiting in the car clueless. He couldn't have it ready, so I drove 4 hours to leave with no vehicle and no surprise. He then said said he would deliver it to me within the next few days, it's been another 2 weeks!! Thank you for ruining the surprise not only once, but twice. He has again forgotten about me and the vehicle that is a birthday gift has missed their birthday. If you like waiting a month for your vehicle, this is the place for you! I literally just received my first bill and I haven't even taken possession of the vehicle yet. More

My pre-owned car has four years of full warranty coverage for repairs. This coverage is two years with the original and certified warranty plus two years of the Care Guard warranty. So I can own this car for three years and resell it with a transferable full coverage warranty for repairs! This will help me to sell it at a higher price. Overall a very good buying experience. He was very knowledgeable, kind, organized, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. He communicated with me throughout and worked very hard until everything was finished. Charles, a business manager, was good, too! I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. He was a ‘normal’ person and we talked about family, etc. Ashley, a sales manager, was excellent! She gave me a good price for a new BMW and gave me a fair trade-in value for my car. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a car!!! I know they will have a new building and I hope to buy my next BMW in Waterbury!!! More
