Excellent customer service, and very well-managed. A special shout out to Haley Persichilli. I drove my car into service center and was going to be waiting until it was done in about 3 hours. Not only special shout out to Haley Persichilli. I drove my car into service center and was going to be waiting until it was done in about 3 hours. Not only did Haley kept me updated on the progress in person, but keeping me in the know on a certain material shortage that they were anticipating. Not a short while after, Haley confirmed the material shortage and had already arranged for a loaner (which was not available previously and hence I had opted to stay back at the service center). Thank you, Haley! Now about the car - it was done right, oil changed, filters changed, vacuumed recalls reviewed and done. I had a complaint on brake pulsating, which was confirmed and corrected.
