Took the time to get it right I brought the car in to get my tires replaced / balanced, and they also included needed service that was coming up soon. Just when they thought they were done, they also noticed a problem with the brakes that needed fixing. The staff was clear about the time needed for all of the work that was needed, and also clear about the cost. Very professional and thorough. More
Service Extraordinaire and a great deal for Me! My 2013 528i 3 year lease was up on 4/29/16. I looked at a number of dealerships in Ct for a 2016 5 series maybe even a 7 series. I spent the winter My 2013 528i 3 year lease was up on 4/29/16. I looked at a number of dealerships in Ct for a 2016 5 series maybe even a 7 series. I spent the winter in Florida and visited several BMW dealerships there to get the lay of the land. When I returned April 1 I started at the dealership that I had leased the 2013. I was given several choices including a 2015 "loaner" No followup at all. More or less take it or leave it we have others waiting even if you are not interested. They were right I wasn't interested! Once I stepped into the BMW of Waterford showroom I felt at home. The experience was seamless these people know what they are doing. The experience is and was always.... "what are you looking for Mr Greco" and none of "this is what we have..This is the price" I am a fairly confident negotiator and I felt very comfortable in the way they presented the vehicles that I was most interested. They met every question with a reasonable answer including test driving several vehicles and models during 3 visits. I live in Milford CT there are several dealers much closer. BMW of Watertown has a policy that customers within 50 miles are given a loaner delivered to their residence, an associate returning to the dealership with their vehicle, once servicing done they would return the vehicle to the home or office with out the inconvenience of driving over 60 miles round trip. That's service that makes me smile...!! Another example of their efforts was after the deal was done, I had had my new 2016 several days, I was hit with a $250 annual charge for 2016-2017 subscription charge by Sirius XM for the 2013 vehicle. The team led by Donny Frost got my refund within a matter of days when I could not get any service satisfaction from the satellite radio company. The only reward for them was a satisfied customer. This is a team whose mantra is take care of the customer they are our bread and butter. Do yourself a favor visit BMW of Watertown!!!! More

Rich , John and Eric are always a pleasure. Knowledgeable on every level of theses cars. Things are done when promised and done correctly. As far as the parts department the same has to be said. I order a great deal of parts ( mostly very odd requests ). No matter how big the part or small or OLD. The guys in the parts department get it done. Thanks Mike, Irving and Curt! You guys keep us running. More

We looked at other vehicles, but none suited our needs. A friend recommended we try BMW again and we picked your dealership because of its location. Lucky us!! From the minute we walked through the door and sat down with our salesman, Brad Epstine, we knew we made the right decision to choose BMW of Watertown. After a clear and methodical explanation of the differences between the two and three series, Brad patiently answered all of our questions and guided us as we "built" our car. One week later we went for a test drive, and just about 30 minutes after that, SOLD!! More
Excellent Sales Experience Straightforward experience. Very engaged and knowledgeable. Very patient and fully supportive of multiple extended test drives. Definitely NOT "that" typical car salesman that wants to push through a rushed test drive to race back to the dealership for price negotiations. Zero pressure from Dennis or Watertown BMW. When we got to price negotiations, they were concise and ultimately favorable to both parties. I purchased an excellent vehicle at a good price. All in all, one of my best car buying experiences. I would strongly recommend Dennis and BMW of Watertown. More
Timely Service and Strong Technical Knowledge 2016 BMW 550i with x-Drive and M-Sport package - picked up 2 weeks ago. Fourth car leased or purchased from this dealership - following a 2015 X6 5 2016 BMW 550i with x-Drive and M-Sport package - picked up 2 weeks ago. Fourth car leased or purchased from this dealership - following a 2015 X6 50i (family car), 2013 X3 3.5i, and 2010 X5 5.0i. Other vehicle owned is a 2015 Toyota Tacoma (great truck). As a "car guy" who has had many vehicles (including MBs and Audis and used to work in the auto industry - I can say that BMW of Watertown is one of the best shops I have dealt with. What drives this opinion? - Proactive sales service (such as staying way ahead of the lease or sales renewal period and offering up ideas of what vehicle might work next for you). - Product news (offering emails or links to the latest and greatest from BMW). - Keeping your car optimized and in peak condition (advice on tires, service intervals and other service items that can protect and enhance the car and the user experience). - And of course - making the new car sales/lease experience first-rate (which in my experience - it has been). All and all an excellent shop - with special mention to Geoff Baldwin - truly an excellent representative delivering all of the above. More

I have been there MULTIPLE times over the last three months trying to get a service issue re The service center staff are very responsive when I call. I have been there MULTIPLE times over the last three months trying to get a service issue resolved. The most frustrating part is having to wait for a loaner when you have to bring your vehicle in after only two or three days following your service appointment. Most times I am given the choice of an appointment two weeks out if I need a loaner vehicle; or an appointment within a day or two without a loaner vehicle. This is extremely inconvenient because you either have to find another vehicle to conduct your daily affairs; or risk driving your vehicle which may not be safe or may cause damage to the vehicle. This is why I have given three stars. If they were better able to accommodate people like myself when situations arise I would rate them higher. More
