Money saving repair My 535 Xi was pulling to the right and was not corrected by a wheel alignment at Town Fair Tires. Town Fair told me that new struts were needed. I took the car to Watertown BMW and worked with Walter, the Service Manager. He suggested an alternative to new struts which was considerably less expensive that solved my problem. In the future I'll go to Watertown first. More

Tire emergency/Saturday morning I had a problem with a valve stem on the rear passenger side of my 750. Called service to see if they could possibly look at it and try to fix/replac I had a problem with a valve stem on the rear passenger side of my 750. Eric told me come on in and they would take a look at it...couldn't promise they could repair it, not knowing exactly what was wrong, and not knowing if they would have to order a new part. When I arrived, they found that I had a cracked tire valve stem. Fortunately, they had the necessary part, and the problem was solved! More
