Recently, when we were ready to upgrade, we decided to visit BMW of Watertown again and were pleasantly surprised to hear that the dealership was now under new management. Donny Frost assured us that our experience would be different and he was RIGHT! Dennis Smith took the time to help us figure out what model would meet our needs the best. Quick in and out Had previously ordered interior part for replacement. Part came in, they called and sceduled me for a time convienient for me.
