Headrest DVD System This was my second time at this service department and for the second time, they did an excellent job!! We had the BMW entertainment system installed This was my second time at this service department and for the second time, they did an excellent job!! We had the BMW entertainment system installed and although it is more pricey than aftermarket ones, the quality is better and worth it. I was thrilled to find out that it remembers where the DVD left off even after turning the vehicle off. They will also still run with the engine off. Great job and awesome system! More

Oil change and crazy experience of sun roof explosion. They fully took control of fixing the car at no cost. Within 4 days i was back in my car and was covered under waranty of vehicle! Purchase of our second X5! Ten years ago, when we had purchased our X5, we had decided to go with a different dealership due to the lack of professionalism from the Watertown de Ten years ago, when we had purchased our X5, we had decided to go with a different dealership due to the lack of professionalism from the Watertown dealership at the time. Recently, when we were ready to upgrade, we decided to visit BMW of Watertown again and were pleasantly surprised to hear that the dealership was now under new management. Donny Frost assured us that our experience would be different and he was RIGHT! Dennis Smith took the time to help us figure out what model would meet our needs the best. He was very professional, friendly, respectful of our time and very patient. Dennis and Charlie Tuscano made the process move along quickly and efficiently! They certainly made our experience memorable. We are loving our new X5! Thank you! More
